What's Changing?

One Login for Personal and Business Banking

The upgraded Online Banking and Mobile Banking platforms can support one login for both personal and business banking. If you currently use separate personal and business profiles, we may need to merge them for you. Contact your Relationship Manager or your usual bank contact for assistance.

Upgraded Online Banking and Mobile Banking

Online Banking and Mobile Banking will have a refreshed design and more consistent navigation. Mobile Banking will more closely match what you see in Online Banking.

Updated First Sign-In Security

When you first sign in after the upgrade, your email address or phone number on file will be used to help verify your identity.

Biometrics and Secure Sign-on Tokens

Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint sign-in, Soft Tokens, and Hard Tokens will not automatically carry over. Complete your first sign-in with your username and password, then re-enable these security options.

More Enhancements to Come

The September 17 Digital Banking Upgrade introduces the new Online Banking and Mobile Banking platforms. Additional enhancements will continue after launch.

What Should I Do Before the Upgrade?
  • Know your username and password. Confirm that you can successfully sign in today.
