Over a month-long voting period, participants across the Inland Empire were allowed to vote in over 20 different categories. The Press-Enterprise is a well-established local news outlet, and its annual awards are a respected measure of community recognition across multiple industries.

Top 10 Percent of Sub-S Banks (Q2 2025) - CB Resource, Inc.

HCN Bank was ranked in the Top 10 out of 231 banks in its nationwide peer group by Irvine, CA, based CR Resource, Inc, which specializes in ranking banks using a performance scorecard methodology. The key performance indicators of Asset Growth (AGR), Return on Average Assets (ROAA), Return on Average Equity (ROAE), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Efficiency Ratio(ER), Non-Performing Assets (NPA), Non-Interest Bearing Deposits (NIBD), and Non-Interest Income (NII) are compared, and an aggregate score is calculated.
