The following disclosures are required by the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“ESIGN”). They are necessary to open your account electronically; you can record your consent to the ESIGN disclosures by clicking ACCEPT TERMS located at the bottom of this page.
Electronic Delivery of Disclosures
By clicking ACCEPT TERMS below, you are consenting to electronically receive HCN Bank's Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure required by the Electronic Fund Transfers Act and Regulation E.
System Requirements
To access and retain your eStatements you will need the following:
Internet access and a valid email address
HCN Bank Online Banking
A supported web browser (most recent two versions) — Microsoft Edge (Edge has replaced Internet Explorer, which is no longer supported), Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari
Software capable of opening and reading PDF (Portable Document Format) files (e.g., Adobe® Acrobat Reader®)
Access to a printer, or the ability to download and save information, in order to retain copies of your eStatements for your records
Paper Delivery of Disclosure
You have a right to receive a paper copy of HCN Bank's Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure. To receive a paper copy at no charge, contact Client Services at 951.766.4100, or submit your request in writing to HCN Bank, P.O. Box 12002, Hemet, CA 92546-8002. Be sure to state that you are requesting a copy of HCN Bank's Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure.
Current E-Mail Address
As part of the enrollment process, we ask that you provide us your current e-mail address. If in the future, your e-mail address should change, you may update your e-mail address by logging on to HCN Bank Online Banking and select the CHANGE OPTIONS tab located at the top of the screen, and select EDIT located below the CHANGE OF E-MAIL ADDRESS header or submit your request in writing to HCN Bank, P.O. Box 12002, Hemet, CA 92546-8002.
Consent
By clicking ACCEPT TERMS below, you consent to the electronic delivery of HCN Bank's Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure. You also agree that we do not need to provide you with a paper copy of the disclosure unless specifically requested.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive HCN Bank's Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure electronically and stop the Online Banking enrollment request by clicking CANCEL below. If you do not wish to enroll electronically, please call us at 951-766-4100 for an Online Banking Enrollment Form or visit any one of our branch locations.
