Business Online Banking provides more sophisticated and flexible cash management options for business clients. For our business clients who have a higher level of cash management needs, our Business Online Banking service is available with many value-added features. With Business Online Banking, you can save time, improve your cash flow, and streamline your cash management procedures all in a fully secure environment. In addition to all the features available with our standard Online Banking service, Business Online Banking provides your business with expanded online cash management capabilities.
With Business Online Banking, you can:

- Collect pre-authorized payments

- Allow multiple user access with the added capabilities of:
- Customizing authorized user access
- Setting authorized user access limits

Soft Token
Soft tokens are an added enhancement to Business Online Banking that provides strong security and greater convenience to authorized users by using a phone app to receive a one-time passcode for login access.
(Please note that it's the responsibility of the accountholder/administrator to remove/deactivate any users that leave their company to avoid any unauthorized access.)

Q: Where do I find Remote Deposit Capture? A: Remote Deposit Capture is now located under the Checks & Deposits tab.
Q: Where do I find Stop Payments? A: The Stop Payment function is now located under the Checks & Deposits tab. If you have multiple accounts, you can select the correct account to which the stop payment should be applied from the dropdown menu.
Q: Where do I go to initiate a wire? A: Wires can be initiated under the Payments and Transfers tab.
Q: Where do I go to process an ACH transaction? A: ACH can be processed under the Payments and Transfers tab.
Q: How do I update my personal account information? A: You can make changes to your password and security questions from the Profile tab at the top right corner of the page.
Bill Payment
HCN Bank’s Bill Pay is a fast, convenient and secure way to pay all your bills online. With the Bill Pay service, you can save time, make paying bills online worry free, and make your life easier. The Bill Pay service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In order to take advantage of our online bill payment product, you must first sign up for online banking.

Mobile Banking
Running a business can be hectic, HCN Bank's Business Mobile App was designed with small business customers in mind. Now you can access vital business account information conveniently and securely with your mobile device.
