Remote Deposit Capture

Make deposits anytime, electronically, 24/7 with a table-top scanner at your location and your convenience. Our web-based software automatically processes scanned check totals to your account. It’s efficient, no deposit slips to prepare, no racing to the bank before closing, consolidate funds from remote locations into one bank! It’s safe, with multiple layers of security, including password protection, internet firewalls, and 128-bit encryption.

Deposits made Monday - Friday up until 8 pm PST are reflected the same bank business day (excludes holidays).

ACH Origination

Increase efficiency by expediting direct deposit of payroll, vendor payments and the collection of receivables with the Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment processing system. The ACH system provides secure, electronic transfers of funds. This is the most cost effective and timely way to move your money with little or no effort from you!

Positive Pay

Check fraud is a prevalent and costly issue in today’s business environment. Be proactive in managing the threat effectively with Positive Pay, an automated fraud detection tool that matches and verifies checks issued from your business, using an approved transaction list or approved history, against those presented for payment.

You’re in control here! With online access to a summary of items presented for payment, if there are checks that cannot be verified, or appear fraudulent, it’s up to you to make the decision to release the check for payment or return it.

Lockbox Services

With faster collection and processing of funds, cost savings by eliminating payment processing, detailed audit controls, and internet-based reporting, plus added convenience for your customers.

Lockbox Services increases back-office efficiency and accessibility. Basic processing includes daily extraction of mail, sorting, imaging checks, mail preparation and bank deposit. This service can be fully customized to meet your specific needs.

Remote Cash Deposit

Remote Cash Deposit provides the ability to deposit your cash into a “smart safe” at your place of business that scans bills, secures your cash and transmits a daily posting file to HCN Bank for credit into your depository account. The currency is stored in locked cassettes for secure retrieval by an armored carrier at a later date, which will deliver it to the Bank vault for final reconciliation.

Merchant Services

Merchant Services allows for efficient, secure and convenient processing of credit and debit card payments. In managing your money better using credit/debit card and online payments you have the opportunity to streamline transaction handling, avoid check fraud and increase your sales by adding convenient payment options for your customers. HCN Bank partners with a third party vendor that offers secure processing, consolidated statements, and next day funding.
