We've Upgraded the External Transfer Service
To enhance your online banking experience, we are excited to introduce an upgraded External Transfer service, available in Online Banking starting November 4, 2024. What is the External Transfer service? This service allows you to transfer money between your HCN Bank accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions. What this means for you:
- The current external transfer feature within Bill Pay ("Transfer Money in Bill Pay") will be replaced with our new service. After November 14, 2024, this feature will no longer be available.
- Please take time to re-add your external accounts in the new External Transfer service. External accounts set up in the Bill Pay External Transfer service will not carry over.
- New Feature - Loan Payment Capability: You will now be able to make loan payments from external accounts using the new External Transfers service.
Key Dates to Remember:
- November 4, 2024: The new External Transfer service will become available within Online Banking.
- November 14, 2024, 6:00 p.m. ET: This is the final cut-off time for processing transfers using the current external transfer service in Bill Pay. No new transactions will be processed after this time.
Next Steps:
- Please cancel any recurring or future-dated transfers scheduled for delivery after November 14, 2024, as they will not be processed.
- Please take time to re-add your external accounts in the new External Transfer service beginning on November 4, 2024.

- We recommend downloading or printing your transfer history from Bill Pay before November 14, 2024. After this date, you can review your transfer history using your bank statements.
